Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, whole wheat breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, ranch dressing, hot sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for approximately 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden-brown.
In the last few minutes, gently heat additional buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the warm buffalo sauce.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
