sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

fresh herbs, finely chopped

buttermilk

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry mixture and blend until crumbly.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped herbs.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and honey, then pour into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and risen.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with butter or extra herbs for garnish.
