Ingredients

1 cup frozen spinach, carefully thawed and excess moisture squeezed out

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, thoroughly drained and roughly chopped

1 cup cream cheese, brought to room temperature for easy blending

1/2 cup sour cream for tanginess

1/2 cup mayonnaise for creaminess

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for meltiness

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for depth of flavor

2 cloves garlic, finely minced for aroma

1 teaspoon onion powder for added sweetness

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), ensuring that it’s evenly heated for perfect baking.

In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer or spatula, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.

Gently fold in the thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts. Then, stir in the mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until every ingredient is evenly incorporated.

Add the minced garlic, onion powder, and optional red pepper flakes, seasoning with salt and pepper to your taste. Stir thoroughly to ensure all flavors are well combined.

Transfer the creamy mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly for uniform baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and lightly golden brown, indicating it's hot throughout.

Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes to set the texture before serving.
