to tastefresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). To facilitate easy cleanup, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with the minced garlic. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture, then sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
With clean hands or a spatula, toss the ingredients thoroughly until each cauliflower floret is evenly coated with the seasoning blend.
Spread the coated cauliflower mixture in a single, even layer across the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there’s space between each floret for proper roasting.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes. After this time, carefully remove the baking sheet and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cauliflower.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue roasting for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted and golden brown, and the cauliflower is tender with crisp edges.
Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Just before serving, generously sprinkle the roasted cauliflower with chopped fresh parsley for a vibrant finish.
Notes
