Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, sweet chili sauce, beaten egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix Ingredients: Use your hands to gently incorporate all the ingredients, aiming for a consistent and slightly sticky mixture.
Form the Meatballs: Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
Drizzle with Sauce: Remove the meatballs from the oven and drizzle additional sweet chili sauce over them if desired.
